New Emoticon

Can anyone in cellar-land make a new kite tube emoticon? It could be a little speedboat towing the kite tube and the tube would veer down into the water and the little emoticon guy would go splat and die in the water. Such an emoticon could be a metaphor for so many things.:3eye:

If you put like 3-4 more frames in it and save that as a GIF, I can probably animate it.
