Worthy of stock?

Hardly
MsSparkie • Aug 13, 2006 12:32 pm
Whatever...it's not my intention to collect stock for you. You can do that for yourself. This is just a feel good thread.
xoxoxoBruce • Aug 13, 2006 1:24 pm
OK, then I'll post one I took that I feel good about. :D
MsSparkie • Aug 13, 2006 1:35 pm
Nice. Can put myself in the place of the photographer of these pics, and imagine myself there.
xoxoxoBruce • Aug 13, 2006 1:40 pm
Sure can, I'll even help. Thanksgiving morning in CT and about zero degrees F. :D
MsSparkie • Aug 13, 2006 1:48 pm
I'll bet you enjoyed the hot turkey dinner especially that day. Our Thanksgiving is in October so never any snow....just autumn leaves, chill in the air.
xoxoxoBruce • Aug 13, 2006 2:04 pm
That depends on where in Canada....and the spot in the Global Warming timeline. I've frozen my butt, up there, in October.
MsSparkie • Aug 13, 2006 2:13 pm
You must have been up near the Arctic Circle.
xoxoxoBruce • Aug 13, 2006 4:18 pm
No, Cape Breton, PEI, Moose Factory, also Thunder Bay in late September.
Of course Banff and Jasper are a whole different thing, but even Waterton lakes can have frost on the pumpkin is September.

The urban Canucks pooh-pooh it, but it ain't "The Great White North" for nothing. Actually the urbanites should promote it, to discourage the riff-raff from emigrating. ;)

Can you find any nice pics of great scenery in your area? Anything near Philly?
xoxoxoBruce • Aug 14, 2006 12:03 am
There's no nice scenery in PA. Didn't you know it's border to border, factories and chemical plants and refineries and garbage dumps and junkyards and slums and ghettos and sewage and.......

Don't believe him. He's kidding.

We just drove across PA (I-80) last week. The whole drive was very picturesque.

Nice billboards?
xoxoxoBruce • Aug 16, 2006 10:05 pm
That's the trick, there's only two billboards on I-80 in PA. One one the left and one on the right....each 300 miles long.
Would I lie to you? My oldest and dearest friends!

If it didn't involve money or sex.

xoxoxoBruce • Aug 19, 2006 2:12 am
Not only that, they planted that tree in the airport.
