Cool.

Wow, impressive.

A very strong communication idea by Publicis Mojo to support the CALM campaign (New Zealand Campaign Against Landmines). Open the ketchup small bags and discover the drama of landmines. Definitely impressive.

In 89 countries walking on a mine is still the routine.

Is that Paul McCartney's money at work? :smack:

Say "ouch"? I certainly would...the angles are all wrong.

One the winners of the recent Cannes Advertising Festival: Quorum/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi Perú, Papa John's, pizza service. Instead of the annoying leaflets left in the mailbox, the agency came up with this intrusive yet original idea: a sticker attached right below the peephole with the image of a pizza boy plus, of course, the number to call. The ad won the Gold Lion for the best use of alternative media in direct marketing.
wolf • Jul 14, 2006 7:36 pm
That's an actual ad? I thought it was a new and clever way to initiate a home invasion.
xoxoxoBruce • Jul 14, 2006 10:21 pm
Some kind of energy drink, I guess.
xoxoxoBruce • Jul 15, 2006 3:25 pm
The first is most likely a fake (the ad, fake ad  )...but shouldn't be.
The second is for AXE...cologne I guess.
superbaton • Jul 15, 2006 4:36 pm
Axe Screws: Now, the speciality of this ad is that it was done for Saudi Arabia, which is probably the most conservative country on planet Earth. Still the ad manages to strongly get the same message accross that is advertised very openly in the west.
Elspode • Jul 15, 2006 5:24 pm
Pammy's rack is fake as well...
capnhowdy • Jul 15, 2006 9:49 pm
what's the second one made of? Legos?
xoxoxoBruce • Jul 15, 2006 10:43 pm
Yeah, LEGOs.
Ibby • Jul 15, 2006 11:17 pm
I probably have enough legos to do that, though they're in storage, back in the states.

The first wasn't an ad, and the second was lame.

Where's the "Brilliance?"

The ad for the ad is brilliant? Or just the ad?
Lamplighter • Dec 19, 2013 9:08 pm
As the YouTube commenters say:
"The ad hasn't even come out yet, and people are writing about it."
Lamplighter • Dec 19, 2013 9:11 pm
This ad is a personal "like" for me...

DanaC • Dec 20, 2013 4:44 pm
There are a few advert threads on the go. There's a more recent one that wolf started.
