Just a single link to a depressing story from the last election. It's obviously unverified, so your mileage may vary.
That may have been true before the Republicans got a corner on the electronic voting machine industry, and blocked any attempt to make them verifiable. The Democrats are hamhanded amateurs in comparison.xoxoxoBruce wrote:I don't think any one party has a corner on it either.

They do the best they can, with what they got. Granted what they got, has become unbalanced. :(Happy Monkey wrote:That may have been true before the Republicans got a corner on the electronic voting machine industry, and blocked any attempt to make them verifiable. They "lost" all our voter registration records. When I went to vote, my name was not on the list of registered voters. This, despite the fact that I have been on the voter registration lists in this county for 10 years. I was sent to stand in line with 6 or 7 other people - ALL registered Democrats whose names for some mysterious reason had not shown up on the voter registration list. We had a very LONG wait to cast our provisional ballots and discussed the subject at length. One precinct in one county in one state. Just my personal experience. :eyebrow:
