You could get logarithmic scales done on each arm, and then use them together as a slide rule.

I tried to guess what it was before clicking on the thread.
I failed. Best I came up with was personal details on someone with a lifelong condition like a fatal allergy, diabetes or other So that if they pass out when they aren't with friends/ family, people will know what to do. The ruler is way cooller though. But damn you Bruce. Looking at those amazing tattoos has made me want another one. Just wow.
