World Stock Markets Live takes these shots as a sign that things are bad, that people can't find work there. His commenters take it another way, that this is productive change... and that everything done in China is done with too many people.
I guess we would know more about this shot if we knew how many jobs were being offered; are companies there hiring by the hundred? Are they placing warm bodies, or actually differentiating between candidates?
