I don't know what an ex-pat is.

SG...I know I and everyone else would love to see you but I think that those (who are infinitely more responsible than I) are concerned about the choice.

The moon has a ring around it this morning, or did about 4 AM. It's a Saturn wannabe but still very pretty.

Oops, and I should add that the ex-pat that would be happy would be my BFF, Emma, who moved from England to Kenya. Not me being a Kenyan ex-pat going home (English born and bred).
