Yeah I did that this week. I rode my ass off for an hour and a half last evening and crashed out proper last night.

Too much political coverage and house bullshit the last 2 weeks. Finally went to bed about 5 and got up early...hopefully that will reset the clock.

Noticeably less of you to see there, Sic!

Insomnia--->Doxylamine Succinate 25mg. Cheap, OTC, and works (to an extent) a lot of the time for me.

No can do...OTC sleep aids fuck with me hard. Benadryl, Sominex, Unisom, etc.

Usually, a Xanax does the trick, but I try to avoid it because it too can cause early rising issues. This week was crazy stressful...hope this coming week is better.

Have you tried Trazodone? It was intended to be an anti-depressant but it didn't really work; people fell asleep. So it's prescribed for sleeping. No hangover when you wake up, not habit forming, and bonus! you can't be depressed when you are sound asleep. So in that sense I guess you could say it is sort of effective as an anti-depressant.

I'm sure you know all about sleep hygiene and all that jazz.
