10/10/2002: Edible books

I'm hungry, but I also want to read. What can I do?

Eat one of the edible books in the International Edible Book Festival Gallery, of course.

It's a yearly event, held every April 1 (but no, it really is), a way for chefs to contribute to the world of books. It's a very international event with gatherings all over the world.

Hey Great, two of my favorite pastimes put into one item, reading and eating.

Well.

Gives a new meaning to "food for thought."

Also gives me another idea... Edible Porn! Maybe it could even taste and smell like... forget I said anything.

"Hey Bob, are you through editing my new book yet?"

"*Burp* yeah... it was a delicious story... The plot was a little stale though..."

Oh the stories that parsley could tell you.

A real page biter

I'm real hungry for a good mystery novel. You know, one with an oragano plot.

This author makes me want to throw up.

I like the flavor of this Dr. Cheese character.

A is for Avacado, M is for Mushroom.
