I've moved to a tent in the woods (manuver ops). I'm holding up 5 fingers for Addie. Today is her birthday. Hell, she is 5 years old and I have never been to her birthday party. I did speak to her on the phone & she doesn't understand why I can't go to her Chucky Cheese party.

My eldest niece went off to university up in Newcastle, yesterday. I know it hasn't quite sunk in yet with my bro and SiL that she's gone til December. Gonna be hard for my bro. The two of them are such good friends. Best mates. Hard for Jen too, I know, but it's going to really hit Martin.

You are a dirty old man but everyone has their role.
I remember a goofy pact a bunch of us made in high school to improve the Irish peasant stock out here by marrying up and moving back. A number of those involved married up, but few moved back... I have admittedly married out of my league, but it keeps me focused.
