I can't think of any movies offhand, but it's a premise of "Earth: Final Conflict" and "V".

I think it might have figured into the sequel to Battlefield Earth if it hadn't been so awful that even Scientologists couldn't get the sequel greenlit. But it's been a while since I've read the book.

Anyway...

Better yet, just pay some other guy who can alredy play the ukulele to put the glasses on and let the girlfriend think it's him.
