GasHead info
Well, the CD's done and coming out later this month, barring any problems at the manufacturing level. Let me know how I can serve your metal needs.
By the way, we just put up a bit of a band-community kind of page on myspace.com. Here's the link to us if'n yer interested. Make us look popular! This will get updated much more often than the "real" website, which is kind of a pain in the ass.

hey, I was wondering if you had checked out garageband.com or myspace.com they are really good places to get your music heard.. and any press is good press.. right? my old band was on garageband ( http://www.garageband.com/slurry ) and I know a ton of bands on myspace (burial at sea and a ton of others).. might be worth checking out

slurry rocks! thanks for the info - hadn't heard of garagebands.
we're on myspace, though I noticed that we were getting a bunch of other rock bands to be our friends, but no girls. The obvious solution was to beg every hot 20-year-old female friend of a friend of a friend to add us to their list. The results can be seen on our front page just signed up a week ago. everyone come be our friend, even if you're not a hot 20-year-old girl.

do you ever tour? there are a number of places here in town that do live music (actually I know this is an aberation for most of the country.. people here get annoyed with bands playing!) I need to check your site out now that you said slurry rocks.. as I wrote most of the music..uh so thanks? If you did come here I could more than likely get you a place to stay.. not here as it's too small for me and my cats, but I know a few people.. just a thought.
ps. tried to hit your site but firefox doesn't seem to like it, I'll try again later.. good luck and if you need equipment let me know I have a friend who is selling an '88 marshall 50 watt 1/2 stack for pretty cheap (my dream amp..and for what he's asking. . .) I just can't afford it right now

fort collins!!! oh wow.. one of my favorite bands (drag the river) is from there.. duh I guess you know that... man they play here about once a year at my bar.. well not MY bar.. but the one I frequent.. if you ever run into snodgrass.. if he asks you what's up? respond by saying ' a fistfull of nothing' he might get it again..

hey, i like drag the river. haven't seen one of their gigs in a year at least, though. I'd love to tour if we could get a steady bassist - our hired gun is really good, but is completely over the touring thing (he's been doing this since he was 15 or so, in one band or another). When we get our act together, i'll definitely hit you up.
how much for the half stack? would he just sell the cab?

hmmm I play a little bass.. and I have nothing holding me here.. altough i know better bass players. uh if you like I can get you some phone numbers and such.. touring sucks (okay I liked it!) but the married members of my band didn't..anyway! enjoyed the music! like I said if you need I might be able to point you in the direction of a decent bass player (and wiling to travel)
