Hmmmmmm...

Best I can tell they aren't sorry they ate the pilgrims, they are sorry that they are paying the price for eating the pilgrims.

More like an unsuccessful probation hearing, really.

In 1993, villagers presented the Methodist Church of Fiji with Baker's boots — which cannibals tried unsuccessfully to cook and eat.
Thats the funniest thing I read all week.

I don't know what the big deal is...I'd have eaten the piligrims myself had I been given the chance.

I mean why not? They're peacefuly living on their island, minding thier own business. Then all of a sudden this Rev. Baker shows up, and starts trying to convert them. Damn right they should eat him. If more Rev. got eaten the world as we know it would be a nicer place.

Oh! Right. FNF gave a valid, and nicely put opinion. It's a familiar sentiment delivered in an amusing and timely manner. It needn't be the first dentation for a flamefest.

1) I am not challenging the validity of the opinion.

2) It is a familiar sentiment that seems to resonate with the majority here, without an effective opposing perspective.

3) The comment is amusing and presented without vulgarities or personal, cutting or combative references.

4) Really Torr.....this? the first dentation for a flamefest?

She meant user title. Oh well. Hey Slang, if you want an opposing viewpoint why don't you play the devil's advocate, so to speak?
