You know, I reckon choosing to come back as a dog would be fraught with issues.

When it all comes down to it, there are millions (billions) more mistreated and forgotten dogs than there are pampered pooches.

you'd have to be lucky to get a good owner I reckon.

Seems a bit of a logical problem there. I guess it might be possible, but you (as cat) would end up surviving by eating the corpse of you (as human). That ain't right.

That's why I added "reasonable facsimilie thereof" to acknowledge that I can't possibly come back as my cat.
