Hey what about "Red Dawn" and "Point Break"? I mean, who wasn't a fan of Red Dawn?!? You don't even have to like Patrick Swayze to like those..

Cicero, would you just come out and admit you want me? It would be easier than covering territory I'd already hit.

Ghost?
Didn't like that film so much. There's a much better film along similar lines (though with a touch of comedy to add to tragedy) called Truly, Madly, Deeply. Now that's a good film. That made me cry. Less glossy, more human.

Love Donnie Darko, just because of the subject matter, not so much Swayze. But Dirty Dancing is chock full of memorable "douche chill" lines I gotta love it.

Hope we're all still here in five weeks.

I forgot about him being in Donnie Darko. I retract my statement. But aside from my views on his acting/films, he's always seemed like a pretty nice guy.

Sooorry.
I didn't know that I was being redundant, and saying something that had already been said, possibly alluding to something that had already been talked about here. I probably referred to something that had already been referred to, and I don't normally do that.

"Roadhouse" is one of my dirty little pleasures. And yeah, I'd forgotten about "Donnie Darko". He *was* awesome in that.

Speaking of "Roadhouse", Jeff Healy, the blind guitarist who played in the bar band in that movie, died this past week. Tragic. He was a brilliant player, not the least reason being the unique way he played, with the instrument across his lap.
