I have looked around a little and I can't find this , I am assuming it is some kind of sausage .

I've never heard of weissbrat.

What I do know ( I think ):
Weisswurst is a veal and pork sausage from Bavaria. In U.S. meat markets it's usually called something else, but I can't recall what. It's also one of my favorite sausages.

Weissbrot is just white bread.

ok that makes sense , I found the white bread , so I was cornfused

Grilled Weissbrat on a sourdough roll with carmelized onions, jalapeno relish, and stone ground mustard, washed down with a Prior 8 belgian ale.
