I like how they have morphed a formerly offensive moniker into a term of endearment.

Apparently, whether it is offensive or not now depends entirely on who utters it.

I thought the ad was funny as hell, but someone could easily take offense to it. I was surprised that the Weekly let such an ad run...though I suspect a lot of gays read the Weekly, so maybe I shouldn't be surprised.
