Ever wondered why bin-Laden was never captured?

Or Mullah Omar? Or al-Zawahiri?

Because the GOP has no other election strategy than the old worn out record: Scare Tactics.

The even use the old (Dem.) platitude : ""These are the stakes".

I mean, isn't this an utter expression of desperation, incompetence?

Do you think the gop was in on planning 911, too?

I rather doubt it, but when opportunity comes knocking on your door, the GOP was certainly willing to answer.

To answer your irrelevant question; no, but they use it to the bone.

Don't you think this already took way too long? Not to mention the enormous opportunity in Afghanistan, 4 years ago?

Irrelevant? If the repubicans were in cohoots with Bin Laden, they couldn't allow him to be found, could they? If he were caught, their complicity would be out of the bag, and their scheme for taking away American liberty through scare tactics would not be effective. Not irrelevant!

Of course, its taken way too long. I've never in my life seen anything as inept as the response to 9/11. Then again, I also think the 'Pubs were crazy like a fox. I don't think Boy George cooked up the attack with the help of the Saudi Royal Family, but nothing actually surprises me these days.

I think they had a pretty good idea it was coming but didn't suspect anything of that magnitude..... more on the scale of the Marine barracks in Lebanon.

Then they totally screwed the pooch in Afghanistan by using the warlords as mercenaries, and trusting the Pakistan "allies" to seal the border and clean up the retreating hoards...... instead of giving the haven.

Do you think the weapons we are providing to the Iraqis will end up being used against us, as they were in Afghanistan?

Bin Laden exists, it's just that the ties between both parties got harsh and indeed they span it out of control on the media to make it look big, when it's not that big. Of course a lot of conspiracies exist too, but yea, it's complicated... In google, type in Illuminati to understand
