He made some valid points but most were exaggerated.
However anyone who would tape a dime to a tonearm to play a badly scratched record with no regard for the stylus should not be listened to.

Ya I accidently wore a needle to nothing playing a badly scratched record years ago..... I try not to do that anymore!
