The same UN that has deemed Israel to be in contravention of International law in its continued occupation of Palestine Territory. Do bear in mind that all of these complaints come from Near East Arab states who are UN members, and these only -- the same pack that nurtures genocidal fantasies every day of the week, every week of the year. Considering the ultimate source -- it's not something that one should complain about having the censures blocked.
