When I was a kid my dad made pickled green tomatoes with tomatoes from the garden and brine made from scratch. I couldn't get enough of them.

We got a recipe here several years ago for pickled jalapenos, Keryx found that jar of hot sweet goodness, and put more sliced up jalapenos in it. YUM
I think that it is Clodfobble's recipe.
