anyone play battlefield 2142?

Hello all,
Been awhile, hope everything is going swimmingly with everyone. I was just wondering if anyone here plays battlefield 2142, I have recently become hooked on the game and am kind of looking for other people who might be interested in a team based combat sort of thing? I am currently being checked out for the MIA clan (miaclan.net) who are a decent bunch to play with. so! if you're interested drop me a line (cowhead001@yahoo.com) or check them out, just mention that you were sent by cowhead. Thanks and have a lovely day.

My laptop can't do the whole graphics intensive thing, hopefully will get around to building a gaming rig this summer and get back into PC gaming. For now, I stick to X Box Live: Call of Duty 4 and 5, Gears of War 2, EndWar, and Dirt.. if anybody plays those.

crap.... I had a whole long schpiel written here.. and then pressed the wrong button... and now I have to head out for work. so! in short. they disallow spawn camping/sniping (and actually work on enforcing it) on the Mia servers (and the izi ones as well). the game runs pretty well on my 5 year old dell (yeah, it was free.. and I better than the one I had). they have bf2142 for xbox. a coordinated team could wreak major havoc on some of these people. anywhoo! try them out if you like, hope to see you on the field.

I recently replayed BattleField:Vietman. I also play the WW2 mod for it. My supercheap desktop can barely handle it, so I've never tried to play BattleField II.

I really like Day of Defeat, a Half-Life (original) mod better. It has slightly less substantial graphics, but as a result the bandwidth and PC limitations are better.

If anyone Cellarite plays those games, let me know. I'll put you on my buddy list.
