Supreme Court agrees Bush Administration is Nuts
Congress passed a law stating that legal non-citizen residents could be deported for violent crimes. The Bush administration stretched this to include drunk driving. The Supreme Court, in a unanimous decision, said, essentially, "Are you nuts?"
Seriously, what they essentially said was that even if there is a problem, the government does not have the right to stretch the law beyond the intent of Congress to address it. Quote:
So now all Bush has to do is replace 9 justices to complete his agenda.

Hmmmm... the subject is replete with possibilities, however - especially when you take into account the fact that our fearful leader himself has a DUI on his record. Texas always did have pretensions to being an independent nation and was, at one point, a republic. Why not encourage Texas to seccede from the union and then deport Junior as an alien who has attempted "an act of violence"?
