Errant Story

My life is rather uneventful. I don't exactly mind this, but it does tend to leave me spending far, far more time than most people seeking mindless entertainment. As much as I love computer games and reading forums such as this, webcomics tend to be the mainstay of mindlessness these days. I'm particularly fond of the ones with decent art and quality humor; admiration of things I suck at, perhaps.

For a rather long time, I was a huge fan of Exploitation Now. The author (Michael Poe) was reliably amusing and rarely late updating his comic with the violence and nudity my hormonally-motivated mind craves.

Poe ended EN late this August after a remarkably drawn-out series of overly-dramatic death, destruction, and more death. Now it looks like he's doing it all over again.

I'm stoked. :P

(Yeah, I realize he started the comic about a week ago. I just now noticed.)

I also enjoyed Exploitation Now. The ending was definitely overdone. For my part, I enjoyed the satirical story arcs more than the dramatic/conspiracy plot ones. We'll see what he does with Errant Story.

So what are other good e-comics? I personally like Userfriendly, Sluggy Freelance. I've also read some of the stuff at e-sheep.com and liked it.

Tell me if the John Steinback interview toward the bottom of the list at sixsixfive.com does not make you spit out or choke upon any food you are eating as you view it. It nearly killed me.
