I just joined a timeshare BBS and I am hearing a lot of complaints about downgrading of rooms at a certain Mexican timeshare group. People make reservations at the deluxe resort but when they arrive are given rooms in the cheaper one.
It's sort of like booking into a 4 star Hilton and being bumped to a 3 star Hampton Inn.

Are they trying to collect the 4 star price after redirecting them to the 3 star facility, Rich?
