It was a 3-2 vote to terminate me. The Board stated it was over recent concerns. I'm just trying to keep my head up and make plans on how to support my kids. It has been a difficult 2 years, but I will miss it terribly.

Now you have closure on this. It's done. You don't need to spend more energy on "what will I do? what will happen? what if...____?" That's a load off, and now you can concentrate your energy and effort on more productive channels.

I know how proud you were to be serving your community in a new capacity.
3-2 shows that at least some people know a good man when they see him.

You know you did an outstanding job. But you also know it was very hard on you, and there were times it cast you into despair. So now it's over and the way forward will become clearer. I don't know where you will be this time next year but you are a hard worker, a survivor and a good Dad. And you have us now.

Oh Sarge! I'm sorry, but as others have said here it's good to have that mess behind you, and as Sundae said, you did a great job but it was also at very great personal cost sometimes.
