An F-4E fighter plane covered with ice is seen during an extreme weather test at the Aerospace Test and Evaluation Centre in Seosan, South Korea

I wonder if there was a pilot sat inside

Looks like my car in February, here in Wisconsin. See the extension cord? That's for a block heater to make sure it starts in the morning. Scraping that wind shield with a credit card is going to take a while.
