The tables may have the same size in pixels on the computer screen, but if you measure them against the square floor tiles, the red table is about 5.25 tiles long and 2.25 tiles wide. The green one is 3.25 tiles wide by 3.25 tiles wide.

If the optical illusion is that "ha ha, some floor tiles are drawn small in this drawing to make you think they are far away" then I don't think that really counts as an optical illusion. That's a standard drawing technique.
