All you have to do is make some slight modifications in the way you work out and the way you eat-and you can send your testosterone levels through the roof!
Awesome -- it removes both unwanted fat and the hair from your head, too!

I hope it works for anyone on it... it does nothing for me, but nothing they have tried does. My body just flushes it along with the calcium and the bone that is disintegrating. They can't give me any more than they are now.

There's a reason it's called male pattern baldness. There's also a reason that the active in Propecia (finasteride) for baldness is the same as in Proscar (for prostate hypertrophy). It's a testosterone blocker. That's why both Proscar and Propecia bear vague warnings...

Quote:
Women who are pregnant or may get pregnant must not handle broken or crushed finasteride tablets; the active ingredient could harm the unborn baby. If a pregnant woman comes into contact with broken or crushed finasteride tablets she should check with her prescriber or health care professional.
...exposure can cause intersex conditions because of the testosterone blockage.

Yeah, none of my testosterone treatments in the past or present can ever be handled by pregnant women.

OK...I'm confused. Finasteride is a testosterone *blocker*. Your treatments are intended to *enhance* testosterone, no?

I know that this is a very serious subject and all, but I can't help but find some sort of adolescent humor in this statement...

Well, yeah...that's what I meant. To try return your T-sterone to normal male levels.

T-sterone/estrogen balance is a subject I'm kinda familiar with. That's why I know about finasteride. :-)

I guess that explains the nickname. :-)

Thumbs up I have used this book with good results

After reading this book I was convinced that their theory, in theory, could work. It did. However, this was my life for 6 months. As with any diet, Exercise and determination are the only cultivating facts that will lose you weight. Sticking to this diet was simple. The food was good and I lost 60lbs. Now I believe without exercise I would have lost much less, but eating became somewhat normal and not too much like a diet. Hope this helped.
