I wish to confirm: Norton from Symantec only supports XP. McAfee supports Win98, Win NT, Win2000 and XP. That is why the Norton upgrade page is now so confusing. They are masking a problem - Norton Symantec don't even support Windows 2000 starting in 2007.

Welcome to the Cellar, warlord.
We are suspicious of people that put a link in their first post, but I doubt if you're making any money endorsing a free service.

Point taken, but I'll vouch for AVG myself. (I've used it ever since I discovered McAfee was crushing my computer's performance several years ago.)

Nope not making any money. Just very happy with their product and it's free.
Thanks for the welcome. |
