March 25, 2008: Michigan Bunny

The calendar says it's spring, but in Michigan it's still winter.

Despite the big carrot, that bunny looks slightly sad. Maybe it's the weather.

I went for a walk today and lost count of the snow bunnies I saw. Did nobody have anything better to do on Sunday? Oh wait......

The kids' egg hunt took over half an hour instead of the usual 5 minutes because I buried them in the snow

That's because it knows that global warming is going to make it's life short. The bunny knows it's history, it studied about Frosty.

I'll do cute, if it's a picture you're not likely to see at a dozen other places on the web.

You know - it just does.

I think it might be the suggestion of spider legs (mascara/ eyeliner run-off) on its eyes. This bunny has been out drinking, got maudlin, then come home with a carrot for her ex, hoping to make amends once and for all.

Or global warming, whatever.

I like the first scenario better, Sundae. It fits the look in her eyes.

Yes, but it's not the size of the carrot that matters......
