I really wish they made a balloon that says "God damn restless leg syndrome"

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrghhhhhhhhhhhgghhhhhhhhh

I want to stab my leg's eyes out right now.
I will go chow a fistful of Calcium/Magnesium and see if that helps.

Bananas are supposedly helpful if you're suffering leg cramps, maybe it'll have some effect on RLS?

Have you tried burning them? You know, just a little...with a cigarette or something.

When I use Benadryl to help me sleep, it gives me restless legs.

I lay down for 10 mins, get up and pace the hallway, lay down for 10 mins, take more drugs, lay, pace and more drugs and more drugs.

Then I tell myself I am NOT moving until I fall asleep. I tuck a pillow between my knees and read a book until I fall asleep with it in my hands.

There are some herbal suplements that are supposed to help.

Fuck you restless legs.

I get restless elbows too, thats weird huh?

[aside] Yesterday, while proofreading an English translation of a Turkish medical article, I learned that it's Restless LegS Syndrome. And, according to a family study these Turkish doctors did (a brother, his sister, and his daughter), restless elbows/arms are not uncommon in those that suffer from RLS. The sister had such intense RLS issues she would wake up screaming, then fall back asleep and not remember the screaming. I have such weird jobs. [/aside]

I'm thinking that my legs are saintly, see? And they've been trying to be raptured, right? But the rest of me? Not so saintly. And that's where the problem lies.

Thanks, Bri. if I remember to take the calcium/magnesium I don't have any problems.

you should know that some people who took medications such as ropinirole developed gambling problems or other intense urges or behaviors that were compulsive or unusual for them, such as increased sexual urges or behaviors. There is not enough information to tell whether the people developed these problems because they took the medication or for other reasons. Call your doctor if you have an urge to gamble that is difficult to control, you have intense urges, or you are unable to control your behavior. Tell your family members about this risk so that they can call the doctor even if you do not realize that your gambling or any other intense urges or unusual behaviors have become a problem.
I'm seeing potential for this as a recreational drug

Sometimes while the rest of me sleeps, my legs get up and go to the store to buy milk and cat food. Go figure.

He's just miming the harp, if you watch carefully he appears to palm it but it "switches" hands and then there's nothing in his hand. But Mr. Klein fully commits to the bit, which is what makes it great.
