My house had been broken into 3 weeks ago, they took some cash and DVDs but not much else,I got lucky. I now have an ADT alarm system monitored by ADT my entire house now and we have a new German Shepherd puppie. If I could find the bastard that did it,I'd squeeze his fucking throat shut with my bare hands,NO LIE.

I had my house broken into a long time ago. They stole clothing an my TV. Lucky for me the homeowner's policy covered the cost of replacements. My next door neighbor was shot in the back by her son last summer. One of his prior, more minor crimes was to steal my bicycle.

This house broken into three times.
First, young kids from a couple miles down the road, on foot so only things they could hide on their person while walking... change, pot, and CDs. They were doing this frequently and the cops suspected them, so the cops planted some change with UV dye and nailed them.

Second, career criminal fresh out of prison took drugs, guns, money, cameras, binoculars, jewelry (including HS and college class rings), CDs, tape recorder, calculators, and small shit. Again, cops knew who it was, and he was repeating regularly, but took them a few months to nail him.

Third, the brother of a friend, took 7,000 in cash. Cops said it was someone I knew, and gave up. I narrowed it down to two suspects, by the time I was sure which one, he was in prison. His wife put 30lbs of pot in the trunk of his car and called the cops when he left the house.

One car stolen at Philly airport, found 5 weeks later at a Camden pizza parlor parking lot.

Doesn't do much good if you're not home.

Oh, and I can make that look like a toy.
