Feb 02, 2011: Pencil Sharpener

Quote:
Many artists have used pencils to create works of art - but Dalton Ghetti creates miniature masterpieces on the tips of pencils

Honey, I found a bunch of screwy pencils. I sharpened them for you.

Ummm ... I think we've had him. It's cool and all, but I've seen these, and I don't go many other places than here.

EDIT: Wasn't an IOTD

Can you imagine the breakage/failure rate? I'd go insane.

I knew (NOT in the biblical sense) a girl, years ago, who was, well, a tad promiscuous.

Her other hobby was collecting pencil sharpeners. She just really liked them.

She never seemed to notice the symbolism.

Great. Now I'll cringe whenever I see/hear/use a pencil sharpener...

I'll bet he uses old pencils. I have trouble just keeping a point on the ones I've bought recently.
I think they are sort of like new clothespins. They have been cheapened and minimized so much, they hardly work and wear out quickly.
