Best discussion forums?

I had a site saved that linked to all kinds of different discussion forums and even gave them ratings. Unfortunately, it was bookmarked on my old PC which is now defunct. Does anyone here know the site I'm talking about? I have been trying to re-discover it with no luck. Can anyone help me out?

Sure, it's right here. You'll find the forums listed down the left hand side. Personally, I think they're all great, I rate them all five stars.

Oh come on, you know someone was going to do it. Don't be mad just cause I got here first.

I am not sure what you are talking about, but I am a regular poster on www.xmike.com. Very similar to this -- no picture rating section, truly a discussion forum, close-knit crowd...and they all give it good, so give as good as you get.
