I have toadmit Dana, I thought you were kidding until I looked this one up on IMDB now my 11 yr old wants us to rent it

Ohhh....I don't know about that...I mean it certainly is one of the best...but there are many fine contenders. I still have a great affection for the original Evil Dead and the pre-evil dead short, In the Woods.

Kiwi I think.

Bad Taste is kiwi. It's Peter Jackson's first film!

After that you need to watch 'Meet the Feebles', THEN you need to watch 'Brain Dead' ('Dead Alive' in the USA).

And Black Sheep is great, but you've got to approach it with a sense of humour as it's a 'black comedy'.
I'd recommend it, because of that slice of little kiwi life. That and I went to university with the lead actor - Nathan Meister.

If you want some other horrors;
'The Irrefutable Truth About Demons' is rather good for kiwi fare. And 'Ferryman'.
