go for the French toast, and ask for maple syrup along with the strawberries.
I want waffles, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to settle for cereal.

I had some nice bakery bread with blood orange marmalade. If you can get it you should. It's very nice.

I did go with the french toast with strawberries and maple syrup, YUM. DuckNuts, brioche is very eggy, pastry-like bread. So, if you make french toast out of it, you basically egg yourself to death...but it's a wonderful death. |

one of my faves is to slice brioche and then instead of making french toast, put it into the waffle iron. yum!

That's a great idea! I think I'll have that tomorrow morning. My niece gave me a Mickey Mouse waffle iron last Christmas, and I still need to break it in.

Haven't been able to try the waffle-ized brioche yet--the bakery has been selling out before I get there.
