Gaming accessories

I was just reading the mouse setup thread, and started wondering about what people use for other gaming accessories.
I myself use a Belkin Nostromo Speedpad n50 for functionality reasons (functionally, I kill more people online with it). However, I'm finding that more and more I've beaten the hell out of the poor thing and the buttons aren't as responsive as they used to be.
So, does anyone have any suggestions with which to replace my wonder pad (besides just using the keyboard)?
