Not sure, Steve. It just came out one night. I had this image in my head of a frazzled, obsessed college student, trying to cram as much mathness into his brain as possible. Like a drug. Never been a math person, myself, but I have known a few. Poor little dude. I don't think they have a rehab clinic for that, either.
