Things to do while snowed in

  1. Get shitfaced
  2. Do it
  3. Eat
  4. Play board games

not necessarily in that order

you?

1. Eat
2. Read
3. Crochet
4. Wait for the ambulance*

* to take me to work in the morning, in the event that regularly scheduled staff can't bother themselves to dig their cars out. Time and a Half, and the likelihood that no one will come in and so I will spend the shift playing video games and drinking coffee. Oh, and now that I've posted about this, the likelihood that I will actually get to go in for the essentially free money is diminishing.

1) Strapping on the cross country ski's and ski-ing down roads that all cars have abandoned.
2) Writing mathmatical equations re Boyle's gas laws on the frost on your windows so you can have the fun of watching them all sublimate the next day.
3) Finally having the excuse to drink peppermint snaps.
4) Fantasize about what you will do when the next ice age hits.
5) Get in your 4wd to go rescue your girlfriend and subsequently forgetting about all of the above.

1) Smoke an enormous joint [check]
2) Watch four DVDs back-to-back [check]
3) Go across the street to give the poor pizza guy some business [not technically snowed *in*, but check]
4) Furiously masturbate because the girl I'm currently seeing left for effin' Hawaii early this morning

Now for some better suggestions:
5) Surf the Web until you've reached the end of the Internet
6) Exhaust every link on all known free porn sites
7) Fish out all the pizza crusts and leftover crap between the stove and the fridge
8) Do a puzzle
9) Play twister
10) Throw snowballs at poor schmucks walking outside

I was working from home this morning to complete a project with a few other folks from work. I will probably work tomorrow morning also. No overtime, I do this for fun.

I just got home from work. I guess everyone else in town is at home doing it, wacking off or eating, because I made $55 on a Saturday night, my best shift this week, then we drove to 711 in the blizzard because I just needed some chips. My husband brushed off all the snow from the back windshield, got back in the car and it was already covered with snow again. We made it back, though. I love Cape Cod chips.

My wife sends me to 7/11 at odd hours to get her sour cream and onion chips. I pick up some UTZ' Old Bay for myself. Ummmmmmmm.
