What exactly is the difference between Biology and Bio technology?

Particularly in context of Indian Education im going 2 11th BTW. CBSE offers BPC wid Biotech and MPC wid Biotech. so im getting confused btwn bio and Biotechnology

The difference is easy, but that's not what you need. You need a guidance counselor, teacher, or principal, to explain the difference in your system.
