Sarcastically Stated

50 Americans sum up their State in a sarcastic sentence

Some of these did elicit a chortle. Some were terrible. If you live in the US, can you do better for your state? (or someone else's) And if you don't, what about a sentence for your country/state/province/shoebox in middle of t' road?

I went to college in CT and they mention in their literature how close they are to NYC and Boston.

Why yes, The Boston Post Road passes right through CT. You might see real live important people on their way from NY to Boston, or vice versa.

The MA slogan isn't very original though, that's been used everywhere, but some others are right through the heart.

Meanwhile, how about

Australia: 10,000 ways to kill you and not all of them living (as a starting point at least)

it's just Cellar Tag Lines for the world.

Russia: Why yes, we're planning on owning that.

Jamaica: Huh... what's that?

I tell people we are centrally located in the middle of nowhere. We're exactly three hours from Boston, NYC, and Montreal.
