Hydroxycut?

Good, bad, ugly?

I'm doing a short ~10 day cycle of this stuff(looking to lose 3-4 lbs.). This is my first day and I haven't noticed any of the edginess that some people complain about. I used to have a major caffeine habit so I'm not sure if that acts as any kind of a buffer or not.I have noticed the diuretic effect from the caffeine but that's it.

I'd like to hear others' experiences if any of you have tried it.

How do you lose weight on Oreo ripoffs and $10 haircuts? I'd think the former would outweigh the latter by quite a bit.

Well I guess I'll see how it works a week or so from now.

At least being on this stuff will force me to tighten my lax discipline. The caffeine withdrawls are something to look forward too as well.

I have a few tips for people who 's currently involved in a diet routine or is planning to have one in order to maintain a better and healthier life. first of all, if you have a bad bad diet habit of consuming junk food such as "mcDonalds" for instance, or even "potato chips" (aww..my fav. lol) anyhow get rid of them gradually, and on top of that, You NEED to EXERCISE on a daily basis! Dont just sit there in front of your office desk or computer the whole day! NO EXERCISE NO LOSS, it's called" no pain no gain" so yeah! Then, You might as well try to increase the amount of exercise you do. Jumping, jogging, hiking, even walking with your doggie would do! My bottom line is :Exercise, No junk food = a healthier life
