It's Jan 3rd. There's already a Jan 4th IOTD up. I probably won't remember to post this tomorrow evening, much less on Jan 5th.

So I'll leave the research to someone more motivated.

You forget the Cellar is an internationally renowned website. At 10:46 when you posted that snark, it was the 4th in most of the world, and six time zones west, just an hour and 15 minutes away from the 5th.
