colored lights

I'm out playing with my cheapie digital camera and this is what I found when I downloaded everything. I'd love to say it's some strange weather phenomana or paranormal happening but I think it's the sun reflecting off dust or pollen enhanced by a really bad lens.

Still it looks pretty darned cool.

You might be able to turn that into a lucrative career.

Sun Dogs

Looks like Sun Dogs to me. I noticed seeing some in the sky either yesterday or a couple of days ago (I didn't think very much of it, only that I hadn't remembered seeing such striking sun dogs in the sky before.) I am in the East Coast USA area. What geographical location were these pictures taken from?

Photo was taken near Tylertown, Mississippi, which is about 100 miles inland from the Gulf Coast, give or take a few.

Here's another that I found interesting

Is this for me? Do you want me to watch the movie, so something? Or, am I missing something, as usual

D'ope! sorry my bad... yes the movie has references to sun dogs and their presence as being auspicious for hunting.

He wants you to re-enact Christopher Walken's last scene.

Thanks EUP. Well, I guess I have two reasons to watch the friggin movie now thanks to Dave and his ill-will towards me . I'll refrain from further comment until I see how Walken dies, although I can only imagine given Dave's violent tendancies:p
