U.S. Backs Patient in Medical Pot Case...
More questions than answers in this story of a guy who is allowed by the Fed to smoke pot to help out with his bone disease. Delta wouldn't let him get on the plane a while back so he filed a complaint which the Fed dismissed with prejudice.
Here is a link. Here are some questions/observations: Only ten people were accepted into the "pot-4-life" program between 1982 and 1992??? Holy Crap - this guys smokes TWELVE joints a day and yet he is a stockbroker?!?!? And lastly, this guy smokes TWELVE joints a DAY!?!?
