My first foray into terracotta cooking.
Yup, it was everything promised.
We don't eat the skin in this house, so the 'rents melted for the meltingly soft chicken.

Served later than they'd usually eat, but I did let them know this would be the case.
I had overtime. And if a girl's gonna make it to the US this year, then a girl's gotta work.
