Please vote for Taylor tonight

My wife asked me to ask you to Vote for Taylor "so that snot does not win... for the love of god".
She will "owe you one and will sign a petition for you."

Ok, I did it.
Please don't yell at me.

Cingular text vote 5702

You don't wanna' know how many times she made me vote for him that night. Turns out we had unlimited text for this month due to resigning our contract.
I'm glad he won though.

Well, a bit pointless trying to avoid finding out who won before our delayed viewing on Friday night - I only had to fire up the PC and it was splashed all over my browser! Still, looks like it was a good show and will probably get a few glasses of wine ready to settle down and enjoy the programme on Friday night, even though I know the outcome .

Well done Taylor - he was my original wild card, after all....

I'm just proud that a guy my age, 42, could become A.I.

Eventually we got to see the final last night. I knew most of what was coming thanks to reports all over the Web the last couple of days, but still it presented good solid entertainment.

You could virtually sense that Taylor was the winning act from the beginning, I thought, as Kat seemed almost to be holding back a little, whereas Taylor just went for it.

I liked the Burt Bacharach section and thought Lisa performed well. Great to see Dionne Warwick. Prince looked out of place failing to share the stage with any of the Idols.

Interesting to see how Taylor fares over the coming months - reckon he will do best at live performances over record sales, but who am I to know...

On to next year then.....

Taylor has an album out already. I like it quite well.

Two albums actually, but I have the contents of the songs I like on one CD.

After watching the damn show for the entire season, never missing an episode, we were on our way from the funeral to Camp when the results were announced. Fortunately, we were stopped at a Sonic getting "dinner", and I had my little portable TV. We were barely able to get a signal, but we did see Taylor take the prize. I was happy.

I still wouldn't kick Kat out of my bed for eating - well, anything - but Taylor was the best choice.
