Sorry for the delay. I've been under the weather and it's hard to think straight long enough to make a decent response.

I'm a 0%. For me, milk is mostly for washing down cereal.

That's a good question. I suspect it's something else too at this point.

I used to be able to handle milk by taking lactaid with milk or ice cream. But even when I take a handful, I can't seem to tolerate it anymore.

It's nature's way of telling you to drink beer instead. I'll bet 3foot could brew up something that goes with cheerios.

If you like the creaminess of milk, then I'd go with oat milk too. It's my favourite substitute for milk, but it needs to be really cold imo. I like oat milk with honey as a warm drink though.
