I think that's what I meant to say, anyway. It's heading into the end of the shift, and I stopped actively using my brain about an hour and a half ago. I'm on autopilot, and I just hope I haven't strayed into the mountains.

To bruce---actually, yes. They ARE better in the Spring because I suffer from SAD in a very real and legally binding way. When the sun shines I am 50% OR MORE a better, nicer person. I know: it's obvious that I should move to a sunny locale.

and wolf---honey, I've no idea what you mean by your post except that you think I am stronger than dirt* (or, altoids) and that you like me (which makes me happy as I like you and think you are one hilarious woman and yes, I DO know how you feel about addicts, etc, and I don't take offense) so, you've no reason to stray into the mountains unless you want to; and if you do, have fun, but come back soon.

*"stronger than dirt" is what the Doors say at the end of "Touch Me," which was an Ajax slogan. The last four chords of the song are the same as the Ajax commerical--and was Morrison's way of getting back at the rest of the doors who wanted to let Buick use "Light my Fire" in an ad which Morrison thought was sacreligious.

Don't you dare stop posting because of your (supposed) problems with English.

We have a Chinese Dwellar (Billy) who doesn't post in perfect English, but he has a huge fan-base here. York is Dutch and we wait breathlessly for his pictures. And then we have the Americans who are dyslexic (Zippy for example) who are completely let off the hook re spelling and grammar.

I say good for you if you are willing to take on all the challenges of informal language!

Dear Brianna, it's obvious to me that you are much loved and welcomed and all the usual suspects here are giving you lifts with their jabs which proves the point - if nobody cared then nobody would answer you. You have my envy coz I have been busy over the ski season and am busy now - it's hard for me to follow all these wonderful people's thoughts in the cellar and they are wonderful. You have over 7000 posts and I'm not even into my century. You are also have your own style which is different to mine and the others - it is not inferior. It's you. We like you B.
